To provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to publish content you schedule; to process payments; to send transactional and service emails; to provide support; and to comply with law. We do not use your connected-account data for any purpose other than operating the Service for you.
We share information only with: (a) service providers who help us run the Service (e.g. hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for email) under confidentiality obligations; (b) the social platforms you connect, as needed to publish your content; and (c) authorities when legally required. We never sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
Each customer's data is logically isolated to their own workspace and is not accessible to other customers. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, though no method is 100% secure.
You can access, update, or delete your account information from your settings, or request deletion by emailing [email protected]. You can disconnect any social account at any time, which revokes our access.
We retain your information while your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
