These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lucas Social (the "Service"), operated by Prisuta Labs LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Lucas Social is an AI-assisted social media management platform that helps you create content and schedule, publish, and manage posts across connected third-party social media platforms. You are responsible for the social accounts you connect and the content you publish through the Service.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old. One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or third-party platform's terms; post spam, malware, or unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content; impersonate others; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service relies on third-party platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, Threads). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions of third-party platforms that affect publishing.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) per your selected plan. Fees are described on our pricing page. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. See our Refund Policy.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of your current paid period.
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. The Service software, branding, and design are owned by Prisuta Labs LLC.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prisuta Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app. Questions? Contact [email protected].
