This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Lucas Social, operated by Prisuta Labs LLC.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. Outside the 90-Day Growth Guarantee, monthly payments already billed are generally non-refundable, since access continues through the paid period.
Annual plans are covered by the 90-Day Growth Guarantee. After 90 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you may cancel to prevent the next year's renewal.
One-time onboarding fees cover setup work performed at the start of service. They are refundable within the 90-Day Growth Guarantee window if you cancel; otherwise non-refundable once onboarding work has been performed.

Refunds may be declined for accounts that violated our Terms of Service or abused the guarantee.
