This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Lucas Social, operated by Prisuta Labs LLC.

90-Day Growth Guarantee. Try Lucas Social risk-free. If within your first 90 days you use the Service as intended and don't feel it's delivering value, contact us at [email protected] and we'll refund your most recent payment. One guarantee claim per customer.

1. Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. Outside the 90-Day Growth Guarantee, monthly payments already billed are generally non-refundable, since access continues through the paid period.

2. Annual Plans

Annual plans are covered by the 90-Day Growth Guarantee. After 90 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you may cancel to prevent the next year's renewal.

3. Onboarding Fees

One-time onboarding fees cover setup work performed at the start of service. They are refundable within the 90-Day Growth Guarantee window if you cancel; otherwise non-refundable once onboarding work has been performed.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined for accounts that violated our Terms of Service or abused the guarantee.
